The Reina Trust Assessments are a series of integrated, psychometrically sound assessments that measure trust at the organizational, team, and leadership levels. The assessments are based upon the Reina Trust & Betrayal Model® and its Dimensions of Trust: The Three Cs®: Trust of Character®, Trust of Communication®, and Trust of Capability®, from the book Trust & Betrayal in the Workplace: Building Effective Relationships in Your Organization, third edition. The model provide a multi-dimensional, comprehensive, and behavioral approach to Trust Building®.
The assessments are research-based, valid and reliable, self-report, Likert surveys that are administered online through a highly secure server. Secure on-line data gathering and detailed reporting algorithms are used to ensure the anonymity of respondents. The feedback reports combine quantitative and qualitative data. The assessments can be used independently, or work in concert with one another. When administered together, they deliver a complete picture of the culture of the organization pinpointing strengths to leverage, vulnerabilities to be mindful of, and opportunities to grow.
